How often should I use them?
Every other day for the first month — that is the protocol these are built for. After that, two to three times a week to maintain.
How long do I leave them on?
Fifteen to twenty minutes. Longer will not hurt, but the seal has done its work by then.
Should I refrigerate them?
Yes, and it is not a gimmick. Cold helps reduce the look of puffiness, so chilled patches noticeably outperform room-temperature ones.
Do they slide off?
The hydrogel grips as it warms to your skin. Press gently around the edges and you can move around normally.
Will this fix my dark circles?
Depends on the cause. If they are shadows from dryness and dullness, hydration helps visibly. If they are genetic pigmentation or a hollow under the eye, this will soften the look but will not erase them — and anything claiming otherwise is not telling you the truth.
Can I wear them before makeup?
